MBTA - MASS BAY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY Supervisor of Warranty Services in Boston, Massachusetts
The Supervisor of Warranty Services will supervise and administer vehicle warranty programs and projects related to revenue vehicles, ensuring contract compliance and the availability of heavy rail and bus vehicles. The Supervisor of Warranty Service swill also oversee all efforts to maximize financial recovery from component core exchange programs and MBTA asset scrapping for Vehicle Maintenance. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution. Three (3) years of experience in transportation equipment warranty management. Effective organizational and analytical skills. Ability to use Word, Excel, Database, PeopleSoft,or Mainframe applications. Ability to provide internal and external customers with a courteous and professional experience. Possess excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Ability to work any and all shifts and/or locations as assigned or directed. Be available to work twenty-four(24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Ability to supervise and work effectively with a diverse workforce.
