Brady Corporation Senior Software Engineer in Boston, Massachusetts
What We Need:
Brady’s Engraving Solutions group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack solutions that directly impact our end-users. The ideal candidate is a passionate developer with a strong background in creating robust and user-centric applications. This is an onsite role based in our Boston, MA or Pittsburgh, PA office.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the entire software stack.
Develop and enhance sophisticated end-user applications with a focus on usability and performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Analyze monitoring and system performance data and provide improvement recommendations to product and system owners
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience
Experience with development using C#, .NET, and C++ and a deep understanding of their ecosystem
Experience building and consuming API’s
Experience or interest in AI development and machine learning
