Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager-Tech on the Selling Strategy AI team, you will drive the product roadmap for next-generation agentic tools that revolutionize how AWS sellers work. You'll be responsible for building and orchestrating AI agents that collaborate seamlessly to automate administrative tasks, from prospecting and account planning to meeting preparation and opportunity management, enabling sellers to focus their time and energy on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and field teams, you'll define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that measurably reduce seller workload while improving sales effectiveness. Your work will directly impact thousands of sellers managing hundreds to thousands of accounts, with the goal of achieving significant time savings through intelligent automation and agentic workflows

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
