The Wayfair Professional BrandOps team is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Senior Associate to accelerate large-order performance and cross-functional orchestration across our B2B business. This role will focus on driving end-to-end coordination of complex, high-value orders while identifying and implementing scalable process improvements.

This individual will operate at the center of Sales, Supply Chain, Supplier Operations, Service, and Tech to proactively manage risk, improve on-time performance, and enhance profitability across large B2B projects. The role requires structured problem-solving, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate customer needs into operational execution plans.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Sales to translate project requirements (delivery preferences, consolidation, install timing) into executable operational plans

  • Lead cross-functional working sessions to resolve execution gaps across Supply Chain, CastleGate, Supplier Ops, and Service

  • Track key large-order performance metrics (on-time delivery, fill rate, cost-to-serve, margin impact) and escalate risks with clear recommendations

  • Conduct root cause analyses on failed or escalated projects and implement corrective process improvements

  • Document and standardize playbooks for repeatable large-order archetypes

  • Partner with B2B Ops leader to surface roadmap priorities to Product and Tech that improve large-order visibility, orchestration, and scalability

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, consulting, program management, or complex project execution

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Comfort working with data to inform decisions and quantify performance impact

  • Clear executive-level written and verbal communication skills

  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree required
