Sales Representative (Large-Format Graphics & Visual Communications – A/E/C Focus)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to sell large-format color graphic printing services across diverse B2B industries, including Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion, and A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).
This role focuses on selling high-impact visual solutions such as point-of-purchase (POP) and point-of-sale (POS) displays, trade show and exhibit graphics, banners, wall murals, floor and fleet graphics, promotional signage, and marketing materials.
The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with experience in B2B sales, print services, or A/E/C industry solutions, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
Sell large-format digital printing and visual communication solutions to new and existing clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the A/E/C, retail, advertising, and manufacturing sectors
Conduct cold calling, outreach, and in-person client meetings to generate new business
Present and position wide-format print solutions, substrates, and applications to clients
Develop a strong understanding of large-format printing processes, materials, and applications
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, pipeline updates, and weekly reporting
Collaborate with internal production and project teams to ensure successful project execution
Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales within the A/E/C industry (required)
Background in printing, reprographics, or large-format graphics sales strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of wide-format printing materials, substrates, and applications (or willingness to learn quickly)
Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality and results-driven mindset
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
Strong networking ability with a dynamic and outgoing personality
Ability to manage and track daily/weekly sales activity and performance metrics
