Iron Mountain is seeking a Junior Account Associate to join our Ecommerce team and support our third-party (3P) marketplace functions. In this role you will assist with day-to-day account health, data tracking, and client communications. This is an ideal position for a proactive learner who wants to develop technical expertise in digital analytics and marketplace partnerships while contributing to the overall growth of our digital platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Account & Partner Support: Manage day-to-day account tasks and client communications. You will serve as a reliable internal point of contact for 3P partners. You will monitor marketplace policy changes and proactively communicate their impact to ensure continuous sector leadership.

  • Data Coordination & Reporting: Maintain and update digital dashboards tracking website traffic, lead volume, and conversions. You will help identify performance trends and provide data-backed recommendations to help refine our digital strategy.

  • Campaign & Promotion Execution: Support the rollout of promotional calendars and advertising investments. You will play a key role in driving the velocity of innovation by helping execute targeted digital campaigns that align with our sales outcomes.

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Stay current on marketplace policy changes and effectively communicate these updates to the relevant teams. You will collaborate closely with leadership to evaluate the efficiency and profitability of various account programs.

  • Marketplace Expansion: Identify and secure new product opportunities including brand and condition approvals. Execute onboarding tasks for new marketplace expansion channels

What You’ll Bring:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, retail or data analysis.

  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (you should be comfortable with formulas and data organization).

  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (Amazon, Shopify, or similar 3P platforms).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple "moving parts" or promotional calendars simultaneously.

Reasonably expected salary range: $62,200.00 - $77,700.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
