Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
The HR Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, responding to questions related to benefits, policies, HR programs, and employee records. This role focuses on providing timely, accurate, and high-quality customer service primarily via phone and email while supporting core HR processes.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools.
Complete HR transactions related to employee lifecycle changes and data updates.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Deliver a high level of customer service in every interaction.
Support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Essential Skills Needed
Human resources experience.
Employee relations expertise.
Onboarding experience.
Data entry proficiency.
Customer service skills.
Knowledge of employee benefits.
Administrative support capabilities.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
1+ year of human resources experience or 2+ years of professional customer service experience.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Comfortable working in HR systems and handling confidential information.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
