Helpdesk Technician (Level 1) 100% onsite. 5 days a week onsite in Boston, MA (Near Logan Airport) 6 month contract \$25-30 per hour W2 Client is looking for Level 1 Helpdesk Engineers to support a Windows 11 roll-out. Key tasks below: ? Upgrade in-place desktops and laptops from Windows 10 to Windows 11. ? Replace windows 10 desktops and laptops with new desktops and laptops. ? Candidates will need to reinstall the users applications, re-add the printers, copy the users data ? Knowledge of printers set up is helpful
