This position will be exposed to the inner workings of EEA's Executive Office, experiencing firsthand the process behind critical policy decisions and agency actions. Major focus on constituent engagement, preparation of briefing materials for the Secretary, and operational support. _Job Duties:_ * Binder/Material Preparation. * Constituent Services (Drafting Letters, Transcribe VM). * Assist in drafting Weekly Reports. * Event Planning and Support. * Policy/Capstone Project _Preferred Qualifications:_ * Interest/knowledge of energy and environment. * Experience with Microsoft Office – particularly Word and Excel. * Ability to write effectively. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills. * Ability to work independently and also collaborate as a team player. _Position Information:_ Contracted Student Intern: Executive Office Administrative Intern Start/End Date: 6/1/2026 - 8/14/2026 Salary Rate: $21.00 Weekly Hours: 20 hours Number of Openings: 1 position First consideration will be given to those applicants that apply within the first 14 days.
