Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager - Team Lead to join our team in Boston, MA. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams to drive impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze and design business systems while maintaining effective communication between stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and design business systems to meet the needs of assigned user groups.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to capture and document business needs.
• Create and manage business requirement documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Facilitate the implementation of business systems, ensuring alignment with user expectations.
• Conduct system testing to verify functionality and performance.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams to streamline communication.
• Coordinate AB testing processes to validate system effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems.
• Ensure continuous improvement in business processes and systems
Requirements
• Proven experience in analyzing and designing business systems.
• Strong knowledge of business requirement documentation processes.
• Ability to effectively liaise between technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in coordinating system testing and AB testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with system implementation processes.
• Availability to work on-site, five days a week.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
