What will you do?
Supervise and support Bag Check Ambassadors during events, including roll call, service quality, and escalations
Ensure secure, accurate bag check operations including payment, inspections, storage, claim tickets, and retrieval
Enforce security policies, bag restrictions, and collaborate with security on prohibited items
Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared bag check area
Deliver excellent guest service, manage lost and found, and assist with general event inquiries
More about you
At least one year of supervisory experience in a customer service or event operations environment preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
