As a central member of the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Office (GAFAO) team, the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions, Specialized Masters Programs has the major responsibility for daily management of the Schools specialty masters recruitment initiatives. This position serves as the primary point of contact and admissions liaison for the specialized masters program directors, collaborating closely with them on strategic planning and providing expert guidance from an admissions perspective. The Associate Director provides oversight to an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions and a Senior Program Coordinator, who will help support our Specialized Masters Programs. This role involves monitoring application and yield volume and trends, assessing operational processes to ensure efficiency, and proactively identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
