Project Manager / Project Architect
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Architect to lead project teams in delivering high-quality architectural design solutions across all phases of work.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams in the development and delivery of architectural design solutions
Collaborate closely with principals, designers, and technical staff
Manage project scope, schedule, fees, and team assignments
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with consultants
Oversee project documentation and quality control from concept through construction
Conduct site visits, building assessments, and existing-conditions documentation
Support project planning through benchmarks, cost data, and code research
Facilitate and lead client meetings, representing the firm professionally
Travel as needed for site work and client engagement
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture or Historic Preservation; architectural registration preferred
Must have DCAMM 149A experience
5–10+ years of experience in project management and project delivery
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, and sick time. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process and are subject to client policies.
