Bear Mountain Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in West Roxbury MA, is currently seeking a Full Time Recreation/Activities Assistant.
The Assistant will plan and implement Activities programs under the supervision of their director to improve the functioning of residents who have a wide variety of physical, cognitive, social, emotional, developmental, or age-related needs.
· Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
· Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever level of ability at which they are currently functioning.
