The Branch Manager recognizes and anticipates the needs of the branch to meet budget goals and ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers. The Branch Manager leads his/her team through consistent execution to reach and exceed Branch Goals. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective customers. Building meaningful relationships with the people they serve, learning customers goals and needs, and making appropriate D.L. Evans Bank product and service recommendations. Serves internal and external customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally. Assists Commercial Lending personnel as needed.
