Eaton’s Mobility Group is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Bosconero Valves Plant (Turin) , welcoming applications from both early‑career engineers and experienced professionals . In this role, you will collaborate with skilled engineers and cross‑functional teams to support change management and new product launches for valve manufacturing from production engineering side.
Depending on your experience level, you will have the opportunity to build strong technical foundations or take on greater ownership and impact, with responsibilities tailored accordingly. You will be involved in engineering projects, process and equipment performance analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and new machines installation, within a collaborative and performance‑driven manufacturing environment.
What you’ll do:
Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, cost, and performance targets.
Support feasibility studies, process optimization, and the resolution of day‑to‑day production issues.
Contribute to engineering projects, ensuring delivery within planned timelines and budgets.
Monitor and improve processes to reduce scrap, lower operating costs, and enhance product quality in valve manufacturing.
Analyze process capability, equipment, and maintenance performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, preventive maintenance planning, and machining process development for new products.
Participate in new equipment installation projects, from planning through execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Production Management) or equivalent academic background.
Previous experience in a similar also as an intern is a plus. We are happy to consider candidates at all career stages, including recent or soon‑to‑be graduates, as well as professionals with more experience. The role and responsibilities will be shaped to reflect the individual’s background and development needs.
Skills:
Understanding of technical drawings
Solid knowledge of general mechanics
General knowledge of industrial‑scale production processes (e.g. heat treatment, welding, grinding, etc.)
PC skills, including Microsoft Office and CAD tools (e.g. Creo)
Strong problem‑solving skills
Good communication skills
Fluent in Italian
Good command of English, enabling effective communication in a professional environment

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices.
