D'Imperio Brothers Landscaping, Inc is looking to fill 4 Temp, full-time, Landscape Laborer positions from 4/1/26 to 12/18/26. Employer will transport workers daily between 5232 US Hwy 130, Bordentown, Burlington County, NJ 08505 & additional worksites which include Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, PA, Burlington, Camden, Mercer, NJ, & areas of Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE-MD, Trenton-Princeton, NJ.

Duties: Landscape & maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform variety of tasks which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, w/ supervision assist w/ installation of sprinkler systems & mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org).

Standard/Expected Schedule: M-F 7:30AM-4PM. 40+ hrs/wk; not including applicable lunch &/or breaks. Possible wknd/hol work. Start/end times, offered hrs &/or OT could vary upon project/schedule/service needs, weather, & commute time between worksites (if applicable). Work is outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hrs, occasionally in extreme heat/cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hrs may fluctuate (+/-).

Reqs: Must be 18 & able to lift 50lbs among other physical activities. Must have 3 mos exp. No min ed req. Must be able, willing & qualified to perform work described & be available for entire period specified & work throughout all areas of intended employment. Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: Pos test/refusal to abide = dismissal. Work will be done w/ employer provided tools, supplies & equipment without charge or deposit.

Wages & Conditions of Emp: $20.20/Hr up to $33.50/Hr OT $30.30/Hr up to $50.25/Hr. Wage may vary based on Exp. Single workweek used as standard for computing wages due. Wage paid wkly. All deductions required by law will be made by employer as well as any further tax withholding or other reasonable deduction(s) authorized by worker. Raise/bonus/advances at employers discretion. Possible cash advs (if applicable/requested by worker, potential deduction from workers paycheck). Employer will comply w/ all applicable Federal, State & local employment-related laws & regs such as wages, breaks, hrs worked, & OT hrs (OT possible, but not required or guaranteed. If OT is worked, wage 1.5x reg rate of pay/hr worked over40 hrs each wk.).

The amount of transp pymt or reimbursement will be = to most economical & reasonable common carrier for distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at rate required at time of travel ($16.28/day during travel to a maximum of $68/day w/ receipts). Transp & subsistence will be reimbursed in the first workwk for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the gov (excluding passport fees). Upon completion of contract or worker dismissed earlier, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of return transp & subsistence back home or to place worker originally departed to work, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/ another employer.

Workers will be offered a total number of work hrs equal to at least 3/4 of workdays of each 12-wk period. Any worker who voluntarily abandons employment is not entitled to pymt for outbound transp or full 3/4s Guarantee.
