Position: Server
Duties: Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Inform customers of daily specials. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages. Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods. Assist host or hostess by greeting, seating, and thanking guests. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals, and take action to correct any problems. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning. Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining. Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Check patrons\' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Perform food preparation duties, such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning desserts, and brewing coffee. Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for patrons, and chill bottles of wine. Garnish and decorate dishes in preparation for serving. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Collect payments from customers. Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware. Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens. Roll silverware, set up food stations, or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.
Requirements: One year of experience as a server.
Fulltime: Employer will offer a minimum of no less than 35 hours per week. Open 7-days a week (holidays included). Shifts: 8am to 4pm; 4pm to 11pm; and 10am to 9pm (with 1-hour break). Shift schedule start and end times and days off vary depending on work demand.

Wage Offer: Workers will be paid no less than \$24.64 per hour; Overtime wage \$36.96 per hour. This is a tipped position and therefore workers will receive a base wage of \$7.55 per hour plus tips. No employees will make less than offered wage rate \$24.64 per hour (combined cash wage and tips). Any shortfall will be covered by the employer. Paid bi-weekly. Will use single workweek as standard for computing wages due.
Housing: Optional assisted local shared employee housing may be available within walking distance from work. Based on availability, we give options for shared or individual rooms with shared bathrooms and kitchen. Cost of housing is \$150 per week for shared rooms and \$225 per week for personal rooms. Housing will be paid via payroll deduction.
\ Deductions: Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck required by law; optional assisted employee housing.
Benefits: Staff employees get their meal in the kitchen for free for certain items during workdays (on their day off days it is 30% off).
Transportation and subsistence to the place of employment: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer wil arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68 per day with receipts.
Visa and visa-related expenses: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
Tools: Will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
