Record information about crops such as pesticide use, yields, or costs; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self- propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or\ to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as soybeans, rice, corn; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Maintain inventory; Speak and understand English.
Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 10 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
