Eaton Corporation Manager Pricing - ES EMEA in Bonn, Germany

Eaton’s Electrical Sector in EMEA seeking a Pricing Manager.

What you’ll do:

The Pricing Manager will define and manage strategic and operational pricing for Electrical Sector products across EMEA. This role ensures competitive, profitable, and sustainable pricing strategies aligned with Eaton’s growth objectives. The Pricing Manager will work closely with Product Management teams across divisions and collaborate with the Commercial (Sales) organization to drive pricing excellence and customer value.

Strategic Pricing Leadership:

Develop and implement pricing strategies for Electrical Sector products across EMEA to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights to inform pricing decisions.

Operational Pricing Management:

Oversee day-to-day pricing activities, including list price setting, special price approvals, and discount governance. Ensure compliance with corporate pricing policies and financial guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product Managers to align pricing with product lifecycle, positioning, and value proposition. Work closely with Sales teams to support deal negotiations, tenders, and profitability analysis.

Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize pricing tools and data analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actions. Prepare regular reports on pricing effectiveness and margin improvement initiatives.

Governance & Process Improvement:

Drive standardization of pricing processes and tools across divisions and regions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field

5 years of previous experience specifically in Pricing roles. This includes exposure to pricing methodology, commercial policy, and pricing governance

Skills:

  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Central Pricing teams is implied in EMEA-focused pricing roles.

  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, commercial agreements, and discount structures.

  • Ability to ensure price consistency across countries and product lines.

  • Skills in managing rebate programs, price controls, and executing pricing policy

  • High analytical capability to support pricing decisions across EMEA markets.

  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to lead diverse, matrixed, virtual teams.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Adaptable to varying cultures.

  • Self‑sufficiency and proficiency in the role with occasional support from cross‑functional partners.

  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration mindset.

  • Good communication skills to work effectively with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Marketing teams.
