What Customer Contract Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics/analytics, and rewards architecture.
Customer Contract Administration is responsible for responding to RFIs and RFPs and coordinating administration of customer contract terms and conditions across multiple areas to maximize contract value.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, compliance, or related roles
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales and internal stakeholders
Experience using contract management, CRM, or ERP systems, or ability to learn quickly
Customer contract drafting, distribution agreements, GPO contracting, or contract lifecycle management OR
Capital equipment placement, asset compliance, utilization analysis, or equipment agreement administration
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments
Experience enforcing compliance and guiding Sales through required processes
