Aerotek Press Brake Operator in Bonduel, Wisconsin
Press Brake Operator – 2nd Shift
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our 2nd shift fabrication team. This role is responsible for forming metal components accurately and safely using press brake equipment. The ideal candidate has experience working from blueprints, understands precision forming, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing parts ranging from small components to large assemblies.
Primary Responsibilities
Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts
Work with a variety of materials, thicknesses, and part sizes
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Select proper tooling and verify bend accuracy and tolerances
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Assist with or work alongside:
Laser cutting equipment
CNC machines
Robotic welding operations
Qualifications
Experience with CNC press brakes
Familiarity with laser cutters, CNC machining, or robotic welding systems
Experience working with both small precision parts and large formed components
Prior fabrication or metal forming experience
Pay
$24.00-29.00 per hour, plus $2.00 per hour shift premium

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
