Mars Retail Operations Analyst in Bolton, Ontario
Job Description:
The Retail Operational Analyst is a critical role within the Mars One Retail Operations Team. They are responsible for providing Retail Reporting and Insights to the Petcare and Food Retail Leadership Teams, District Sales Managers and Retail Representatives in a proactive and timely manner.
Their main purpose is to lead segment specific reporting/data management and contribute to the overall operational efficiency efforts for the total Mars One Retail team. Candidate should be committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an evolving digital landscape.
What are we looking for?
University degree required.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment; experience within a CPG company is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with database management and reporting tools is preferred.
Familiarity with Power BI is considered an asset.
Prior retail sales and/or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
Bilingualism in French is considered an asset.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Our Retail Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering executional excellence in the below ways:
Organizing and analyzing data from available data sources to support retail reporting and other projects/initiatives.
Creating analysis/recommendations to support retail initiatives/projects, and effectively communicating them to stakeholders.
Developing KPI scorecards to support performance tracking for Petcare/Food Retail teams.
Developing/maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and vendor partners to achieve objectives.
Deliver/lead other projects as needed to increase efficiency of the Mars Retail teams.
