In this role, you will be a key contributor to advanced DRAM thin‑film process development. You will own critical process solutions, partner closely with integration, equipment, and manufacturing teams, and help move new technologies from early concepts into qualified, high‑volume production!
Responsibilities:
Translate DRAM product requirements into scalable, cost‑effective thin‑film process solutions
Develop, optimize, and characterize thin‑film deposition processes for advanced DRAM technologies
Identify and resolve process defects, yield issues, and reliability risks using data‑driven methods
Design and execute DOE, analyze results, and communicate technical recommendations
Partner with equipment and materials suppliers to evaluate new tools and chemistries
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, including effective use of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
PhD or MS with 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Strong foundation in process science, including reaction engineering, thermodynamics, transport phenomena, or plasma science
Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing experiments, including DOE
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep expertise in thin‑film deposition processes and tool parameter optimization
Experience supporting DRAM, HPCMOS, and/or EUV‑enabled technologies
Hands‑on experience with materials and surface characterization techniques such as XPS, AFM, XRD, AES, EBSD, or SIMS
