Description
ICM Solutions, the leading provider of crushing, screening, and white paving solutions in the markets we serve, is seeking a technically skilled and solutions-oriented Field Service Technician to support our growing crushing service operations in Idaho. This role provides direct support to equipment both in the shop and on customer sites. This role is expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues with both customer-owned equipment and company owned rental machines. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety focused, and committed to continuous improvement and team development.
Responsibilities
Utilize and comply with company, customer, and facility safety programs, processes, and procedures
Adhere to company and site lock-out tag-out requirements
Ensure exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and providing timely solutions to their equipment related issues
Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and boost loyalty
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic issues
Advise customers and best practices and provide solutions to unique problems often requiring custom solutions
Accurately identify and effectively communicate parts and components needed to complete repairs
Travel to customer sites for setup, configuration and commissioning of equipment
Support rental equipment through repairs, de-commissioning, off-rent inspections and equipment repairs
Maintain a professional and proper personal appearance following company policy
Oversee and maintain company provided service truck, equipment, and job specific tooling
Complete all the training courses required to maintain customer compliance
Be willing to work out of town, on weekends, and overtime when required
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years’ experience related to crushing, screening, and heavy equipment repair
Clean MVR (No more than 1 moving violation under the age of 25, and no more than 2 if over the age of 25)
MSHA Certification
