Now Hiring: Delivery Driver & Shop Worker for a Reputable Mechanical Services Company
Gem State Staffing in Boise is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver/Shop Worker for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established local company. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and hands-on work both on the road and in the shop.
Job Description:
In this dual-role position, you will:
- Drive an F-350 truck with a flatbed tilt trailer throughout the Treasure Valley
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Safely strap down equipment for transport
- Work in the shop to pick, pack, label, and stock products
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM\ Pay: Competitive (based on experience)\ Type: Full-time \| Temp-to-Hire
Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record
- Experience pulling a trailer and strapping down loads
- Familiarity with loading/unloading flatbed tilt trailers
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
