Gem State Staffing is seeking Calf Ranch Labors for a calf farm. This position is responsible for feeding and caring for calves, cleaning equipment and pens, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Duties include morning and afternoon feedings, preparing milk, providing grain and water, and monitoring calf health. Pay is ranging from \$16-\$19
Key Responsibilities
- Feed calves according to schedule
- Clean and sanitize bottles, buckets, and equipment
- Maintain clean pens, bedding, and facility grounds
- Assist with general ranch tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally
Work Environment
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Exposure to dust, noise, and livestock
