The Coca-Cola Company Finance Manager - Stills Category in Bogotá, Colombia
A successful Stills Finance Manager is a collaborative partner that influences the strategy and maximizes the value of the stills business. By providing advanced analysis, revealing insights and proposing solutions, we add value to our teams and contribute to drive system growth.
In this position, you will be responsible for: Performance tracking and financial planning of the System P&L, Ensure right execution of 50/50 models, Team-up internally/externally to collectively develop business growth initiatives and facilitate system alignment.
We are looking for someone who has strategic thinking, system acumen, with initiative and ability to influence and set strong relationships.
What You'll Do for Us
Collaborate with the Bottling Partners, JVs and Platform Services to ensure the quality in the generation of the System P&Ls (actuals, RE, BP) and the right execution of the 50/50 models.
Perform monthly financial reports to understand business performance vs RE and BP, providing insights on deviations, risks and opportunities and category deep dives from a System/KO P&L standpoint.
Perform ABP System P&L and sensitivity analysis for critical business variables. Connect business initiatives with the overall financial target.
Support the development of an integrated financial information hub.
Perform, together with the bottlers and the internal teams, Commercial Finance analysis to support top-line growth and expand margins. This can include value chain analysis, business case modelling, opportunity assessment, ROI analysis and other financial tools to support the decision making.
Provide financial support to innovation initiatives within the zone according to OU strategy, as well as post-launching reviews.
Support the implementation of the OU initiatives locally to drive value within the stills business, such as portfolio rationalization, productivity (reformulations, packaging savings), production hubs...
Support the simplification and standardization of the economic models with bottling partners across LA.
Support the implementation of new allocation methodologies for fixed costs/expenses and non-specific DMI by business, category, channel and package.
Qualification & Requirements
5 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles.
Bacherlor´s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field is required. Master´s degree is a plus.
Proven record of delivering results and leadership in complex matrix organizations; able to work with multiple functions internally and externally (bottlers and JVs)
