You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation team
Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

Buscamos un Analista de Trade Marketing E-commerce proactivo y altamente analítico para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol será crucial para impulsar la estrategia de flywheel y la gestión en nuestros canales digitales B2B y B2C. El candidato ideal será un punto focal clave para el e-commerce, con una fuerte orientación a los datos, capaz de transformar información en insights accionables y de proponer soluciones innovadoras para optimizar nuestra presencia y rendimiento digital.
What you need to know about this position:
Optimizar el Flywheel E-commerce: Estar en constante contacto con las especialistas de e commerce para asegurar la correcta visibilidad del producto, contenido atractivo (imágenes, descripciones), precios competitivos y disponibilidad en plataformas digitales, utilizando datos de búsqueda y plataformas de análisis.
Análisis de Datos y Generación de Insights: Recopilar, procesar y analizar datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y tomar decisiones estratégicas. Crear y mantener dashboards en Power BI.
Coordinación y Soporte Regional: Actuar como punto focal para especialistas de e-commerce en la región, coordinando con equipos internos y externos, y brindando soporte para asegurar el flujo correcto de operaciones y alertar sobre desviaciones.
Control de presupuesto: Monitorear y gestionar el consumo del presupuesto, especialmente el de A&C, alertando sobre cualquier desviación.
Proactividad y Propuesta de Valor: Identificar y proponer activamente ideas e iniciativas para mejorar el rendimiento del e-commerce y optimizar procesos.
Job specific requirements:
Profesional en carreras como administración, marketing, y carreras afines.
Mínimo un año de experiencia manejando data, background en ecommerce consumo masivo es un plus.
Ser una persona proactiva y autónoma, tomando iniciativa para proponer soluciones antes problemas identificados.
Excelente habilidad en el análisis de datos, logrando interpretar datos, y generar insights para fundamentar decisiones estratégicas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y planificación, y trabajo en equipo.
Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado es un plus.
Manejo de herramientas como excel a nivel intermedio/avanzado, office, Power BI a nivel intermedio, SQL, y Python.
