You will earn trust at all levels of the customer organization and identify strategic opportunities, cloud use cases, establish roadmaps and actionable program plans, capture success criteria, build advanced technical architectures, allocate resources to technical and change management activities, and establish programmatic governance. You own and drive execution excellence for the end-to-end customer engagement (operational, organizational, technical, and educational) across traditional IT teams and business units.
Key job responsibilities
Engage with customers at all organizational levels to understand strategic objectives, identify cloud opportunities, and build trusted partnerships that drive long-term value.
Design and execute customer cloud strategies by leveraging AWS best practices, developing detailed roadmaps, and establishing clear success criteria aligned with business outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams—including sales, solution architecture, support, product, and professional services—to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve complex technical and organizational challenges.
Lead organizational change management by educating customers on cloud adoption best practices, building internal stakeholder alignment, and establishing governance frameworks that support successful implementation.
