Purpose
Design and implement the applications defined in Technology to deliver value to the business and to achieve compliance with the indicators defined in the Management.
Accountabilities
• Implement and design applications following the application development process defined to meet the indicators defined by management.
• Follow the architecture guidelines during the development of the applications in the management to maintain the consistency of the developments
• Follow the best practices defined for software development teams to produce applications that respond to the needs of the Vice Presidency
• Identify opportunities for integration and reuse of software components to minimize development times.
• Participate in and complete the software development team's development programs to develop technical skills that allow them to efficiently deliver value to the business
Education / Experience / Other relevant requirements
Professional Systems Engineer or related careers.
Experience in Java (8+) - Springboot, React and/or Angular, Javascript and Microservices (Soap or Rest).
5+ years leading initiatives involving more than one technical team.
Support in meetings and technical or business decision making together with Product (P.O)
Assign tasks to the team and follow up, attributing responsibility
Experience resolving conflicts in situations of tension between the members of the team or between different teams. (Situation, Actions, Results?)
Has submitted at least one proposal for improvement for the overall area or project
He gives talks and technical workshops to different teams within the area
Has participated in time estimates in a project
Share with other technical leaders improvement tactics that have worked on your team
Reading: Clean Architecture
Work experience of 5 years or more
Get to know different architectural styles
Prepare Technical Documentation
Can identify deadlocks and livelocks
Knowledge in design patterns (creational, structural, behavioral, concurrency)
English level B2.
