Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer who is equally strong in Java and React, and deeply curious about AI‑augmented engineering. In this role, you will build real, production-grade digital platforms while using AI coding agents (such as GitHub Copilot/Codex, Claude Artifacts, or similar) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. You will work as a builder—shipping software that matters, not prototypes—and contribute to the emerging engineering patterns for AI-assisted development.
Your Impact
Design, build, and deploy full‑stack applications using Java (Spring/Spring Boot) on the backend and React on the frontend.
Use AI coding agents (Copilot/Codex, Claude Artifacts, Cursor, etc.) to increase development velocity, generate scaffolding, write tests, and optimize code.
Implement clean, scalable APIs and modular front‑end components to support enterprise‑grade digital products.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and designers to translate real client problems into shipped features.
Apply modern engineering practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, clean code, performance tuning, and cloud-native deployment.
Debug complex issues across the stack, using both traditional engineering practices and AI-assisted diagnostics.
Contribute to engineering patterns and best practices for AI‑augmented development workflows.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience building and deploying full-stack applications.
Strong backend development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
Strong frontend development skills using React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-based UI design.
Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot/Codex, Claude, Cursor, Code Interpreter) as part of the daily development workflow.
Ability to demonstrate how you use AI agents to:
generate or refactor code
write or improve tests
analyze logs/errors
scaffold applications or design patterns
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps fundamentals.
Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and software craftsmanship mindset.
Comfort working in agile product teams focused on shipping real outcomes.
Set Yourself Apart With
Hands-on experience with LLM integration into applications (RAG, prompt engineering, embedding-based search, agent workflows).
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, Pulsar).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of modern front‑end build, testing, and performance optimization tools.
Contributions to open-source projects, internal accelerators, or AI engineering communities.
