Your role and responsibilities
As a Project Manager: Cognitive & Analytics, you will design, implement, and integrate cognitive and advanced analytics solutions, collaborating with clients to determine requirements and develop user interfaces. This role involves managing stakeholder analysis, creating communication plans, and developing metadata management repositories. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Cognitive Solutions: Design and implement cognitive and advanced analytics solutions, configuring cognitive services and developing user interfaces to meet client requirements. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Conduct stakeholder analysis, create communication plans, and facilitate Design Thinking sessions to ensure effective collaboration and solution delivery. • Develop Metadata Management: Develop metadata management repositories, capture business/data quality rules, and design DQ reports & dashboards to ensure data quality and governance. • Automate Monitoring and Reporting: Work with technical resources to automate monitoring and reporting, and manage issue tracking processes to facilitate resolution with clients. • Establish Cognitive Delivery Process: Establish and enforce the Cognitive Delivery Process, Methods, and Tools to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Solid experience in digital transformation projects and customer service operations, incorporating technology such as: CRM, Analytics, AI, IVR, automation, bots and voice solutions, among others.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry (highly desirable).
• Advanced knowledge of solution design (functional and technical) and business model development.
• Experience in cognitive projects, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with different profiles, hierarchical levels, and areas.
