What You Can Expect
Responsibilities for providing financial reports to business partners for monthly assessments, performing monthly analytical variance reviews, working with business partners and countries to develop forecasts and annual budgets, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of processes, practices, and procedures.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Core Activities: Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting
Maintain key components of the Hyperion Planning application, including data loads to support budgeting, planning and forecasting activities
Develop and manage standardized input and data collection templates to streamline the planning input process of online and offline bottoms-up datasets
Lead data consolidation and reconciliation from business stakeholders in support of downstream analyses and leadership reviews
Assist on the financial targets development for budgeting and planning consistent with business objectives of the organization
Support development of accurate financial forecasts in line with business objectives and collected up-to-date performance indicators and stakeholders' inputs
Conduct first-level variance analyses of P&L, headcount, balance sheet and cashflow that transforms into financial information and business insights that aid in the business’s decision-making process
Review business unit/function/country budgets and improve their financial performance by providing business insights, risk analysis, identified opportunities, and financial advice
Serve as business partner and Hyperion SME to key stakeholders (local finance, expert functions) throughout planning processes
Drive master data management and data validation activities core to FP&A budgeting, planning, forecasting and Management Reporting
Conduct end to end process for the P&L analysis and presentation to leadership.
Supporting Activities
Provide financial ad-hoc support in decision-making processes to local finance groups
Provide support preparing reporting and presentation materials for upper management financial review meeting

What Makes You Stand Out
Degree Finance or Accounting. Working knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting practices; effective analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.
Computer literate; advanced Excel required and MS Office skills.
Knowledge of Hyperion and preferably SAP/BW.
English. Other European languages preferred.
Your Background
B.S. in accounting, finance or related field. Working knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting practices.
At least 6 years of experience in finance or accounting
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Other European languages desirable.
SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE: Hyperion, SAP/BW.
