We are seeking a Regional Digital Lead (LATAM) to drive the end-to-end digital strategy for regional accounts across Latin America, delivering measurable business impact through robust planning, strong execution governance, and continuous performance optimization.
This role acts as a strategic connector between client marketing objectives and digital channel strategy, ensuring alignment across measurement, insights, and local market execution. The Regional Digital Lead will collaborate closely with the Hub Director, local market teams, analytics, media, creative partners, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing digital solutions across LATAM.
Responsabilidades
Own the full-funnel digital strategy for assigned regional accounts, defining channel roles, target audiences, and an annual roadmap aligned to business objectives.
Translate regional strategy with the strategy team into market-ready playbooks, ensuring regional consistency while enabling local adaptation (creative, media mix, audiences, and regulatory considerations).
Define KPI framework and targets (e.g., ROI/ROAS/CPA/CAC, brand lift as applicable) and lead monthly optimization across channels and markets.
Partner with analytics team to build measurement plans and reporting standards; convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop regional and local teams through clear role expectations, training plans, and quality assurance of deliverables.
Serve as senior digital point of contact, leading strategic discussions, decision-making support, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Establish governance for planning, trafficking, tagging, approvals, and documentation to ensure operational excellence and compliance across markets.
Drive innovation via test-and-learn agenda, new platform adoption, and continuous improvement of tools, processes, and best practices.
Cualificaciones
-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or digital strategy (agency, client-side, or consulting).
Proven LATAM regional experience: managing multi-market stakeholders, cultural nuances, and local market constraints.
Strong analytics and measurement mindset; comfortable with dashboards and experimentation (tools may include GA4, platform reporting, BI tools).
Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and ability to influence without authority across markets and functions.
Fluent Spanish and advanced English (written and spoken) to engage regional clients and global stakeholders.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution focus; strong communication, stakeholder management, and governance discipline.
