Overview

We are looking for a strategic and technically driven Data Engineer Specialist who will provide analytical support, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for business teams.

The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, capable of managing end-to-end data workflows, collaborating across teams, and aligning analytical solutions with business objectives. A proactive communicator, the candidate must be comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and present insights effectively.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust data pipelines and tracking systems to ensure reliable data capture and reporting.

-Define measurement frameworks and data structures that enable performance analysis across multiple business lines.

-Generate analytical reports and strategic deliverables that guide decision-making at both tactical and executive levels.

-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (media, analytics, strategy, and data science) to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

-Clearly communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences and internal stakeholders.

-Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enhance analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

6 to 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer

At least 2 years of experience in Online Media or Marketing Industry

Strong SQL skills

Experience with Python (Expert)

Experience with cloud platform AWS or GCP

Experience with Databricks,Snowflake, AWS Glue

Strong attention to detail

Ability to perform QA and double-check own work
