At Publicis Groupe Bogotá Colombia , we are looking for a Regional Analytics, Data & Tech Lead to drive data‑led decision making, analytics maturity, and technology enablement across the region. This role is critical in bridging global and regional data & technology strategy with local market execution , ensuring analytics solutions, data governance, and marketing technology are applied consistently, remain locally relevant, and deliver measurable performance impact. You will partner closely with regional marketing, media, and business teams to turn complex data into actionable insights, scalable capabilities, and real business outcomes.
Responsabilidades
Regional analytics & insight leadership
Lead the regional analytics strategy, aligning insights and measurement with business and marketing objectives.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform planning, optimization, and investment decisions.
Oversee regional reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance narratives.
Ensure insights are comparable across markets while reflecting local realities.
Data & measurement governance
Ensure consistent data governance, quality, and taxonomy standards across regional markets.
Act as the regional point of contact for data integrity, validation, and QA processes.
Coordinate with global and regional data teams to align definitions, hierarchies, and reporting standards.
Support markets in resolving data issues and improving data reliability.
Marketing technology & platform enablement
Own regional enablement of analytics, reporting, and MarTech platforms.
Partner with global and regional teams on platform deployment, integration, and adoption.
Ensure tools are used effectively and consistently across all markets.
Identify gaps, opportunities, and enhancements to strengthen regional tech capability.
Regional performance & optimization
Monitor regional performance across campaigns, channels, and markets.
Identify optimization opportunities using advanced analytics and performance signals.
Support test‑and‑learn approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Translate performance outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Market enablement & capability building
Act as a regional expert in analytics, data, and technology, supporting local market teams.
Upskill markets on data literacy, analytics tools, and insight interpretation.
Share best practices and cross‑market learnings to raise overall maturity.
Support onboarding of new markets to analytics and tech platforms.
Cualificaciones
5+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or data‑driven roles
Recognized subject matter expert within analytics environments
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights
Experience delivering data‑driven strategies that impact business performance
Solid knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem (analytics, CRM, personalization, media)
Hands‑on experience with digital data technologies (CDP, DMP, Google Analytics, tagging, tracking)
Experience leading data & media vendor partnerships , especially in emerging markets
Fluent in English and Spanish , confident communicator, experienced in remote collaboration
Strong cross‑team and cross‑cultural collaboration skills (LATAM & global stakeholders)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Datorama (preferred)
Working knowledge of Python, SQL Server , and descriptive statistics
Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
