For example, your work could ensure that a global product launch happens on time—such as ethically sourced beauty and bath products stocked at local stores for your loved one's valued self-care routine. It's import and export work, but it's also so much more than we imagine.

  • Act as a key point of contact between customers, customs authorities, service providers, and internal teams.

  • Ensure customs processes are executed within agreed timelines, proactively managing deadlines, exceptions, and risks.

  • Monitor temporary imports, expiration dates, licenses, guarantees, and policies to avoid penalties or operational disruptions.

  • Approve third-party invoices related to customs operations and support accurate and timely billing.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in customs systems, reporting operational status, incidents, and observations.

  • Uphold compliance with DIAN requirements, internal working instructions, corporate guidelines, and QSHE policies.

What we would like you to bring

  • Education: Professional degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Customs, or related fields (Specialization in Customs or International Trade is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows environment).

  • Basic level of English.

  • Key competencies:

  • Clear and assertive communication.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple processes under pressure.
