Your role and responsibilities
As a Client Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth through consultative B2B sales, focusing on cybersecurity solutions and services. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning them with digital transformation, managed services, and security protection solutions.
You will lead high-level commercial conversations, from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and deal closure, working closely with internal technical and delivery teams to design value-driven proposals. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
You will stay up to date with cybersecurity market trends and industry best practices, leveraging your knowledge and certifications (where applicable) to build credibility and long-term partnerships.
Required technical and professional expertise
Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in technology or cybersecurity.
General knowledge of the cybersecurity market, including digital transformation, managed services, and protection solutions.
Desirable certifications (not essential): CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, among others.
High-level negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work hybridly from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Self-employed, proactive, with an aggressive focus on attracting new business.
