We are looking for our CBS Reporting Associate Analyst to join the Service Management team. This role is responsible for managing complex HR data requests, supporting advanced reporting needs from Workday. This role serves as a subject matter expert in HR reporting, providing second-level support to Tier 1 teams and business stakeholders. They also partner closely with the People Experience Solutions team in raising any identified business needs resulting from ticket requests to expand our HR Reporting portfolio.
Key r esponsibilities
Support Tier 2 tickets via ServiceNow, providing prompt support to different stakeholders requesting HR data, adheringbyData Privacy and Information Security standards, within the defined SLAs.
Developandmaintainad-hoc HR reports and dashboardsusing Workday as our main reporting tool for support.
Document reporting processes, data definitionsprovided by Tier 3, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Partner with the People Experience Solutions team, raising anybusiness needspartnering to deliversustainable and scalable solutions.
Support the Tier 1 teams,maintainingand ensuring theirreporting portfolio is up-to-date and partnering closely toidentifyscalable reporting needs to serve the businesses.
Provide training and guidance to Tier 1 support teams on reporting tools and best practices.
Actively engage in HR Reportingupgrades and reporting related initiatives tocollaborate in the implementation of data-driven solutions for the different stakeholders and business units
Key r equirements
Outline the essential competencies and characteristics that candidates must demonstrate to contribute to our diverse, inclusive culture and succeed in the role. These may include:
Undergraduate Degree and Professional Human Resources, Business, orHR Support Services experience
2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or data analytics roles.
Global support experienceand SharedServicesexperience (preferred)
Proficiencyin HR systems and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiencywith related software tools including, but not limited to, HRIS Systems, SharePoint.
MicrosoftOffice, Excel, Ticket Management.
Bound by ethical and professional HR Standards
Professional HR Certification preferred.
Education / Qualifications
Identify the essential qualifications, education, and certifications necessary for success in the role.
Undergraduate Degree and Professional Human Resources or HR Support Services experience
Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, among others (preferred)
