Purchasing / Accounting Clerk (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Location: Boca Raton , FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Permanent Salary: $52,000 annually upon hire

Job Summary

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Bilingual Purchasing/Accounting Clerk . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented professional with strong purchasing and accounting skills. The ideal candidate will be computer-proficient, organized, and comfortable working with vendors and financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all purchasing functions , including placing and tracking orders

  • Work closely with vendors to manage pricing, orders, and delivery schedules

  • Process and manage orders, accounting activities, and DPOs

  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and purchasing-related tasks

  • Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of documentation

  • Support general accounting and administrative functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Prior experience in purchasing and accounting

  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office , especially Excel

  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Additional Information

  • In-person interviews required

  • Pay may increase up to $25/hour for candidates with exceptional experience

  • Successful temp-to-hire conversion to a permanent role with a $52K salary

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
