We are hiring an Entry Level Pharmacy Technician // First Shift, No Weekends!!
Job Description
As a pharmacy technician, you will primarily manage inbound customer phone calls. You will also receive cross-training in pharmacy infusion processes such as prior authorization, order filling, and data entry to support the pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer phone calls effectively and professionally.
Cross-train in pharmacy infusion processes, including prior authorization, order filling, and data entry.
Assist with order entry, filling, and labeling of prescriptions.
Provide excellent customer service support.
Manage insurance-related tasks and queries.
Support pharmacy operations as needed.
Essential Skills
Registered Pharmacy Technician in FL.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience with prior authorization processes.
High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Pioneer pharmacy software preferred.
Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
Desire to work in sales/business development preferred.
Work Environment
- This position is located onsite in a closed-door pharmacy. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. The pharmacy offers a strong family-oriented culture with opportunities for permanent positions and six paid holidays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boca Raton, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
