Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Lead projects involving infrastructure upgrades, migrations, cloud initiatives, data center operations, and enterprise tooling
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reporting
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including infrastructure engineers, security, vendors, and business stakeholders
Ensure alignment between infrastructure solutions and business requirements
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
Track project milestones, issues, and deliverables; escalate as needed
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third‑party integrations
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards
Support change management, documentation, and handoff to operations teams
Requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on infrastructure
Strong experience managing projects related to networks, servers, cloud, storage, or security
Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies (on‑prem, cloud, hybrid environments)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Background in infrastructure migrations, cloud adoption, or data center modernization
Knowledge of ITIL practices and operational frameworks
PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications
Experience managing global or multi‑site infrastructure initiatives
