Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries about HR processes and policies with professionalism and efficiency. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of a high-tech pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR transactions using Workday and other related systems with precision.
• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and messages in a call center setting, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Adhere to established service level agreements and performance metrics for HR operations.
• Listen actively to employee concerns, analyze information, and provide accurate solutions.
• Offer guidance to employees on using HR systems such as Workday and Kronos.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior HR specialists or managers as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all inquiries and resolutions in the case management system.
• Ensure compliance with privacy standards, safeguarding sensitive employee and company information.
• Identify trends in escalations and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders to support team objectives. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse employee groups.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or HR environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and Kronos is preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
