Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Director of Quality, Evaluation, and Analytics for Graduate Medical Education (GME) - Boca Raton, FL.

This position is responsible for leading the GME program evaluation and continuous quality improvement in alignment with ACGME requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting program directors, associate program directors, program coordinators, and clinical faculty in designing and implementing data-driven program evaluations and improvement strategies

Designing, implementing, and managing data collection instruments and evaluation processes for structure, process, and outcome measures across GME programs.

Leading trending and analysis of key program data, including:

  • ACGME resident/fellow and faculty surveys

  • Internal program surveys

  • ACGME WebADs data

  • Annual Program Evaluations (APE)

  • Supporting development of the Annual Institutional Review (AIR)

Overseeing development and maintenance of GME dashboards and reporting systems.

Ensuring timely dissemination and use of assessment data to guide program improvement.

Supporting program preparation for ACGME Annual Program Evaluations and accreditation reviews.

Providing consultation to programs on:

  • Assessment plans

  • Milestone tracking

  • Learning environment data

  • Program evaluations

  • Trainee and faculty feedback

Maintaining GME evaluation databases, compiling data sets, and preparing reports for senior leadership, GMEC, and institutional stakeholders.

Supervising staff who support data collection, management, and reporting activities.

Collaborating with GME leadership, clinical departments, and institutional partners to optimize systems for data management and reporting.

Presenting findings and recommendations to committees and institutional leadership.

Performing other related duties and completing special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and eight years of appropriate experience required.

Appropriate fields include education, public health, health administration, data analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in graduate medical education, higher education administration, accreditation, or program evaluation.

Knowledge of ACGME Common Program and Institutional Requirements

Experience with data collection, management, analysis, and reporting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.

Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, administrators, and trainees.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, EdD, DrPH, DHA)

Experience with ACGME WebADs reporting, Annual Program Evaluations (APE), and Annual Institutional Review (AIR) processes.

Experience developing dashboards or analytics tools for program monitoring

Familiarity with continuous quality improvement (CQI) or program improvement methodologies.

Experience participating in GMEC or accreditation-related committees.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
