The Arc of Centre County is hiring Awake/Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Residential team, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their own homes overnight.
This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful, relationship-driven work while helping others live independently and stay connected to their community.
What You'll Do
As a DSP in our residential program, you will:
Assist with daily living skills (cooking, hygiene, routines)
Encourage independence and personal goal achievement
Build trusting, respectful relationships
Promote a safe, healthy, and empowering environment
Awake Overnights
This is a fully awake overnight position. Staff are expected to remain alert and engaged throughout the shift. We have PT and FT openings.
What We Offer
FT $18/hour starting pay (plus shift differentials)
PT $17/hour starting pay (plus shift differentials)
$1,000 Sign-On, Stay-On FT Bonus (2026)
$600 Sign-On, Stay-On PT Bonus (2026)
