Overview

We're Growing! Looking for a Dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager!

Your Day-to-Day Impact Will Include:

  • Driving full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions across our agencies.

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Actively sourcing and attracting top-tier talent through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.

  • Leading salary negotiations and extending compelling job offers.

  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to interview management.

  • Cultivating and managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Group's market positioning and attract future talent.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in a medium to large-sized organization.

  • Mandatory: Previous experience as a Recruiter at a recruitment agency or staffing firm.

  • Experience recruiting for an advertising, media, or marketing company – a significant advantage.

  • Proven expertise in sourcing on various platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS).

  • A collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.

  • Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
