Overview
We're Growing! Looking for a Dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager!
Your Day-to-Day Impact Will Include:
Driving full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions across our agencies.
Partnering closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Actively sourcing and attracting top-tier talent through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
Leading salary negotiations and extending compelling job offers.
Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to interview management.
Cultivating and managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
Contributing to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Group's market positioning and attract future talent.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in a medium to large-sized organization.
Mandatory: Previous experience as a Recruiter at a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
Experience recruiting for an advertising, media, or marketing company – a significant advantage.
Proven expertise in sourcing on various platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS).
A collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.
Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
