Requirements:
Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest with great customer service skills.
Reliable transportation with a current driver's license.
Authorized to work in the United States.
At least 18 years old.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Available to work any time including Saturdays (time off can be requested for special occasions).
At least one year of previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve guests by taking orders and handling cash and credit cards, while providing respectful and immediate responses to all guest needs.
Deliver meals to guests and maintain excellent customer service.
Ensure cleanliness of the work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.
Stock necessary items to maintain operations throughout your shift.
Effectively manage and lead a team while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Coach, teach, and train team members, creating a positive work environment.
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder.
