Project Coordinator

The job function will be to support projects from a technical, commercial, and timing point of view. We expect this individual to have a solid background of our product, to develop supplementary quotes, update program schedules and be a support contact to the customer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide the team with deadlines for different stages throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Participate in meetings with the project team to answer questions and announce schedule or budget changes.
• Maintain an open issues list that tracks all the project issues.
• Support making effective changes when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Support technical evaluation of the scope of supply at order placement.
• Elaboration of customer time schedules.
• Analysis of customer inquiries during the program & submittal of supplementary quotes.
• Coordination of the project involvement of the key persons on both sites.
• Program review meetings with the customer.
• Internal job order release in case of a supplementary order through customer.
• Support cost management of the project with a project cost book.
Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Ability to comprehend 2-D drawings / 3D Models.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD (2012 and higher).
• Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
General Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Willing to work overtime as needed
