GROB IT Support Specialist in Bluffton, Ohio
This position will provide user support on company-supported computer applications and platforms, troubleshoot issues and advise on appropriate actions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to requests for assistance in person, via phone and email
Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems and document resolutions
Install and configure application software and related hardware such as desktops, servers, and printers
Education & Experience Requirements:
Associate Degree in Information Technology
Active Directory experience
Basic network diagnostic skills
General Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations
The ability to problem-solve alone and in a team environment
The ability to remain flexible with assignment priorities
